Customer Agreement

 

Thank you for choosing Do Good Diapers. Please read the following customer agreement. This agreement outlines the policies and terms of Do Good Diapers' service. If you have any questions or need more information regarding this agreement, please contact us by phone or email.

 

By using our cloth diaper service, you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions.

Delivery:

* New Customers will receive cloth diapers in the number ordered on the assigned first delivery date.

* Fresh, clean cloth diapers will be delivered each week to replace the number of used diapers placed in a bag in the pre-designated area for pickup.

 

Pickup:

* Please place your laundry bag of used diapers in the pre-designated area by the time assigned to you when your order was confirmed.

* Please do not place your bag of used diapers in the direct sunlight.

* Customers are responsible for all cloth diapers until they are picked up by Do Good Diapers

 

Diaper use, misuse, and abuse:

* Our rental diapers are only to be used on babies only. To ensure the health of you baby, diapers that are found to have been used as cleaning rags or for other non baby related uses will need to be removed from service. You will be charged a $3.00 fee per diaper that needs to be removed from service or are lost.

 

Additional supplies and purchases:

* Please contact us prior to delivery for items. We will deliver your items at your next scheduled pickup.

 

Lost and found:

* Please keep all personal items out of the laundry bags. Do Good Diapers is not responsible for any lost items left in the used diaper bag. Please call us to report any missing items.

 

Account status and Payment terms:

* Service fees must be paid in full on the scheduled date. Cash, check or credit cards are accepted.

* Returned checks will incur a $30 service charge. Service will be suspended until the account is cleared

* Minimum term of four (4) weeks of service.

* Clients are billed in four (4) week increments which in non-refundable after the term has begun.

* Clients who sign up for a package or special agree to the service terms of the package or special

   *After the initial 4 weeks, a refund of 1/2 the remaining weeks for any long term packages will be given. (EX. You sign up for a 24 weeks package and cancel after 12 weeks you will be given a refund of 6 weeks)

   *Early cancelation of any package will incur a service and processing fee of $25

 

Vacations

* If you are going on vacation and need a suspension of service, please call our office at least one (1) week

prior to suspension of service. We will discuss arrangements at that time.

 

Billing / Termination of Service

* Customer must provide one (1) week notice for termination of service.

* Do Good Diapers reserves the right to terminate this agreement upon one (1) week notice.

* Do Good Diapers reserves the right to terminate any account not in good standing.
